The company uses secure internet support software to remotely connect to customer servers or computers and investigate reported problems. In addition to telephone, the company also accepts support inquiries via fax or email. If the reported problem is complicated, the support person may request that the customer sends evidence of the problem via email or fax to investigate the problem fully.
